Intimation of change.—Every consent manager shall intimate to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, in Form C and within three days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
