Surrender of certificate.—Every consent manager who ceases to carry on the management of consent shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
