Surrender of certificate.—Every auctioneer who ceases to carry on the sale of property by auction shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every adjudication held by him has been disposed of.
