Periodical return.—Every distributor of films carrying on the distribution of films shall furnish to the Registering Authority, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form VII of every declaration received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for seven days from the date on which it is furnished.
