Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1953 (Maharashtra Act 11 of 1953); (b) "distributor of films" means a person carrying on the distribution of films; (c) "film" means a film received, held or disposed of by a distributor of films in the course of the distribution of films; (d) "Form VII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
