Application for registration.—Every exporter of services carrying on the export of services shall make an application for registration to the Authorised Officer in Form ANF-4A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every letter of permission held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
