Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a remotely piloted aircraft dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-6, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every aircraft then held; and the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
