Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a remotely piloted aircraft who ceases to carry on the operation of a remotely piloted aircraft shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-5 of the manner in which every flight plan held by him has been disposed of.
