Application for registration.—Every holder of a Government bond carrying on the holding of Government bonds shall make an application for registration to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 19, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every bid held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
