Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a Government bond dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 21, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every audit report then held; and the Procurement Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
