Intimation of change.—Every holder of a Government bond shall intimate to the Procurement Authority, in Form GFR 40 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Procurement Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
