Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor who ceases to carry on the execution of contracts shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Review Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every emblem held by him has been disposed of.
