Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any lottery agent dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 12-C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of contracts then held; and the Procurement Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
