Rule 34, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2019 [S9J-XVT]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the third party administrator shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form IRDA-6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
