Application for registration.—Every third party administrator carrying on the servicing of health insurance policies shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form IRDA-7, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every nomination held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
