Application for registration.—Every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir carrying on fishing in a reservoir shall make an application for registration to the Dam Safety Authority in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every source of water held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
