Intimation of change.—Every licensee shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum, in Form II and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
