Intimation of change.—Every political party shall intimate to the Electoral Registration Officer, in Form 17A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Electoral Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
