Safe custody.—Every manufacturer of packaged drinking water shall keep every stock of foodgrains to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the manufacture of packaged drinking water is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every stock of foodgrains so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registering Authority within fourteen days of the close of each year.
