Intimation of change.—Every licensee shall intimate to the Drugs Controller, in Form 19 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Drugs Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
