Surrender of certificate.—Every patentee who ceases to carry on the working of a patent shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 9 of the manner in which every opposition held by him has been disposed of.
