Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in insecticides who ceases to carry on the sale of insecticides shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every fertiliser held by him has been disposed of.
