Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the ambulance operator shall apply to the Government of Punjab in Form 20-B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Government of Punjab shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
