Surrender of certificate.—Every ambulance operator who ceases to carry on the operation of ambulances shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Punjab in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 41 of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
