Application for registration.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form 20, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every batch held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
