Intimation of change.—Every licensed porter shall intimate to the Metro Railway Administration, in Form E and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Metro Railway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
