Application for registration.—Every director carrying on the management of a company shall make an application for registration to the Competition Commission in Form DIR-12, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every debenture held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
