Regulation 2, IBBI (Appeals of Directors) Regulations, 2018 [S9H-RSJ]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016); (b) "director" means a person carrying on the management of a company; (c) "minutes book" means a minutes book received, held or disposed of by a director in the course of the management of a company; (d) "Form INC-1" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
