Application for registration.—Every contractor for a religious fair carrying on the conduct of a religious fair shall make an application for registration to the Endowments Tribunal in Form H, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every audit report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
