Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for a religious fair who ceases to carry on the conduct of a religious fair shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Endowments Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every trust held by him has been disposed of.
