Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods shall apply to the Civil Defence Controller in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Civil Defence Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
