Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the seller of goods on an electronic platform shall apply to the District Commission in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the District Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
