Surrender of certificate.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform who ceases to carry on the sale of goods on an electronic platform shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every measure held by him has been disposed of.
