Intimation of change.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform shall intimate to the District Commission, in Form H and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
