Application for registration.—Every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall make an application for registration to the Director of Education in Form E, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every admission register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
