Surrender of certificate.—Every distributor who ceases to carry on the distribution of food shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every improvement notice held by him has been disposed of.
