Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the auditor of a trust shall apply to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
