Surrender of certificate.—Every auditor of a trust who ceases to carry on the audit of accounts of a trust shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every trust property held by him has been disposed of.
