Intimation of change.—Every educational institution admitting foreign students shall intimate to the civil authority, in Form F and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the civil authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
