Surrender of certificate.—Every producer of plastic packaging who ceases to carry on the production of plastic packaging shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every hazardous substance held by him has been disposed of.
