Surrender of certificate.—Every e-commerce entity who ceases to carry on the carrying on of e-commerce shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every weight held by him has been disposed of.
