Surrender of certificate.—Every training centre who ceases to carry on the running of a training centre shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Level Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every register of beneficiaries held by him has been disposed of.
