Intimation of change.—Every co-operative housing society shall intimate to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies, in Form H and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
