Safe custody.—Every owner of a hazardous installation shall keep every hazard map to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of a hazardous installation is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every hazard map so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Civil Defence Controller within one day of the close of each year.
