Intimation of change.—Every owner of a hazardous installation shall intimate to the Civil Defence Controller, in Form A and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Civil Defence Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
