Application for registration.—Every passport holder carrying on the holding of a passport shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form X, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every registration certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
