Application for registration.—Every mutawalli carrying on the management of a waqf shall make an application for registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form D, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every scheme held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
