Surrender of certificate.—Every mutawalli who ceases to carry on the management of a waqf shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register of trusts held by him has been disposed of.
