Clause 2, Disaster Management (Installation Control) Order, 2017 [S9F-Q7S]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005); (b) "operator of a hospital" means a person carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies; (c) "warning" means a warning received, held or disposed of by a operator of a hospital in the course of the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies; (d) "Form F" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
