Application for registration.—Every placement agency carrying on the placement of domestic workers shall make an application for registration to the State Commission for Women in Form VI, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every individual care plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
